Online Strength Coach
As an online strength coach and in-person transformation specialist, I help individuals reclaim their strength and quality of life through barbell training. My programs focus on mastering the Big 3 lifts—squat, bench, and deadlift—enhanced with targeted accessory work for a well-rounded approach to strength training.
My own fitness journey began with transformation. Once living with back pain and a deconditioned body due to degenerative disc disease, I turned to strength training to rebuild my life. Today, I’m a competitive powerlifter, and my mission is to help others unlock their potential and live their strongest lives.
I offer a comprehensive online training program for less than $45 a week, tailored to each client’s needs, whether they’re just starting or seasoned lifters. My coaching includes personalized plans, TKC App to track metrics, regular feedback, form checks for every workout, and ongoing support to ensure progress and confidence in the gym. No contracts. Newbies are as welcome as experienced lifters.
Beyond coaching, I bring a diverse background to my work. I’m a proud Le Cordon Bleu Paris graduate with years of experience cooking and baking across the globe. Before my culinary adventures, I spent over a decade in the service industry, honing my dedication to excellence and customer care. Earlier still, I was an avid climber and climbing instructor, teaching others to scale new heights both physically and mentally.
